Return Policy
We cannot accept any returns on personalized items. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us prior to ordering.

Any non- personalized order may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. A return authorization must be obtained by contacting us. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Polka Dotted Frog reserves the right to return any merchandise that is not accompanied by a valid return authorization or any merchandise with visible usage. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 days of our receiving your return. If your return was not due to our error we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.

Payments
Payment is due at the time order is placed. Products will not be shipped until payment is received. Polka Dotted Frog uses Paypal to process online orders. You may use Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.

Shipping
Our turnaround time to ship orders is typically 2-3 business days for non-personalized items, and 10-14 business days for personalized items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on personalized “what a dish” products.
